為印尼恆明堂醒獅團籌款賑災
日前印尼發生大地震，是次天災催毀了無數家園，還奪去了無數生命，死難者當中有我們熟悉的印尼恒明堂龍獅團，遇難者包括教練及學員共30多人，傷者約40 人。
本团已同印尼恒明堂龍獅團取得聯絡他們正急需金錢去幫助其家人解災困，所以急切呼唤各龍獅及武术界的同道們及各位社会贤达捐助款項助他們一解困境，謝謝！

Recently a major earthquake in Indonesia, The countless natural disasters destroyed the homes, but also claimed numerous lives; the victims of which we are familiar with the Indonesian constant Himpunan Bersatu Teguh Dragon and Lion Dance Team, the victims included a total of 30 coaches and students more than about 40 injured people. The corporation has the same constant HBT dragon and lion dance groups in Indonesia to contact them is in urgent need of money to help their families, disaster trapped solution, so an urgent call for the Dragon and Lion Dance and Wushu Association's fellow community leaders and Members of their donor funds to help them a hardship, thank you!
In this call want to invite the fellow Dragon and Lion Dance and Wushu Association and Members of their community leaders, generously paid for relief, thank you I would urge kind-hearted people or groups in handouts, fill in at: Muar Johor, Malaysia Kun Seng Keng Dragon and Lion Dance Association, "Indonesia's Disaster Relief Fund" bank accounts are as follows:

籌建會所基金‧靈公教設醒獅團

(雪蘭莪‧八打靈再也）八打靈再也公教中學校友會正式成立醒獅團以籌備活動基金，和籌募承建靈市舊區奧士曼路的校友會會所基金。
校友會會長方貴倫表示，公教中學校友會是在2007年購買下面積6000平方呎的地段，作為建設2層樓高的校友會會所。目前圖測已獲八打靈再也市政廳批准和完成招標程序，並委任工程公司承建，預算在10個月內便可完工。

建築工程耗資約80萬令吉
他在出席公教中學校友會慶祝46週年聯歡晚宴上披露，建築工程耗資約80萬令吉，但目前僅籌獲40萬令吉，希望通過校友慷慨解囊，和未來通過醒獅團出隊方式，籌募餘下的40萬令吉。
他宣佈，醒獅團的兩頭舞獅和工具皆由校友會和前董事長曾憲昌及鍾侑霖贊助。
也是行動黨武吉免登區國會議員的方貴倫說，公教中學創立於1956年，至今已有53年歷史。歷經半世紀的公教中學培養出數以萬計的學生，讓精通三語的學生在升學或就業時都有傑出表現，並在世界各地如美國、英國、澳洲、紐西蘭和台灣等地發展。
畢業後應飲水思源
他說，學生在學校所學和掌握的知識及技能，讓他們在文化、教育、藝術和經濟方面有卓越的表現，也為社會、國家和民族做出貢獻。
“校友在畢業後也會飲水思源為母校做出貢獻，如積極通過各種管道來為母校籌募建校基金和提昇校內軟硬體設施，讓學弟妹可在更好的環境學習。”
此外，校友會也設立以創校校長為名的“吳酉俊修士教育基金”的大學貸學金，為清寒公教中學畢業生提供免利息大學貸學金，協助他們完成大學教育。至今為止，有關貸學金已讓數十名學生受惠。
出席晚宴者有公教中學董事長林福山賢伉儷、校友會顧問鍾廷森、副會長曾憲昌、鍾侑霖、醒獅團顧問梁逸超和公教中學前校長陳玲等人。
